I have little sympathy for those with massive mood swings. It¡¦s incredibly annoying to be speaking with someone and for no reason they suddenly get all sad or even start crying. A part of me just wants to reach out and shake them while telling them to grow up and act like an adult. Unless you¡¦re a child I see no reason for sudden outbursts.
We¡¦d think someone was out of control and possible crazy if he had a habit of flipping out and screaming at people angrily, an outburst which substitutes sadness for anger deserves the same disdain. We¡¦d tell the angry person that he needs to control himself, why shouldn¡¦t the same be said to the sad one?
I’d hate to be flying out of Heathrow today (or anytime soon for that matter), talk about a boring flight. Not beign allowed to bring anything except for “absolute essential” on board the plane. I can just imagine the fits that are being thrown by women not allowed to bring their purses. Everything brought on board must be in a clear plastic bag, pretty easy to tell who is on the rag I guess. If you have a baby they’ll let you bring a bottle; but the security people have to taste test it first (no I’m not kiddign about that one).

Bas Rutten¡¦s MMA workout, boxing portion with heavy bag 10 two-minute rounds
I was still a bit sore from lifting the previous day; but I had already planned to do some heavy bag work. Boy has my conditioning suffered. I remember when I could do a full set of three-minute rounds without being too tired. This time I was exhausted with just the two-minute rounds. I¡¦ll have to stick with the twos for a little longer because even though I made it through I was dropping my hands and more than a few of the punches were weak.
Today will be a rest day. I always try to schedule an off day after hitting the bag due to the stress on the joints as well as the general physical effort.
